Prodesign Denmark was established in 1973 in the city of Aarhus, Denmark, based on the foundations of crafting innovative design eyewear that focuses equally on functionality as well as visual expression. What started 50 years ago has now become the biggest brand in Denmark within designer eyewear frames.

The designs of this season are inspired by the functional, clean Danish design tradition and the rough but beautiful Danish nature: the beautiful colors and forms of the coast with its sometimes troubled waters and the shifting shades of the forest.

This season Danish ProDesign is introducing a new concept to the Essential Collection, where lightness will be key; both in color and material.
